Jennifer Pate
Jennifer enjoys treating patients of all ages with various types of injuries including general orthopedic and joint replacement. Jennifer’s clinical specialties allows her to treat her patients effectively and help them quickly return to work, sports and their lifestyles. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys kayaking, camping, hiking and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
Clinical Philosophy
Jennifer believes that in order to deliver excellent care, a focus needs to be placed on a team approach between the patient, doctor and physical therapist. She believes each patient deserves education about their condition, one-on-one care, a personalized home therapy program and flexible appointment scheduling to work around the patients’ schedules – not ours. Jennifer encourages her patients to call her with questions any time, even after being discharged.

Jessica Swanson
Jessica is our lead strength and conditioning facilitator. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology from the University of Mobile Alabama where she played collegiate softball. She played and started every game at 3rd base. Prior to University of Mobile she attended Gulf Coast State College in Florida where she started every game at third base for the Commodores. Jessica is compassionate and energetic. She is excited to be able to share her knowledge of strength training with all of our patients during their rehabilitation, and with young athletes to help them go from “great” to “elite” with the proper strength and conditioning techniques. In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling, playing slow-pitch softball, working out, teaching softball lessons and spending time with her friends and family.
Strength and Conditioning Philosophy
Jessica believes the strength training continuation after physical therapy will further the rehabilitation process and better the healthy lifestyle of that individual. Each patient is unique and has their own needs and limitations which need to be taken into consideration when developing workouts and strength training regimens.
