WHY US?
From your initial phone call to your graduation day, your experience with us will be different than other places. We contact your insurance company for you to determine what your deductible, co-pay, and co-insurance will be. You know this ahead of time along with an estimate of what a visit would cost. If you are not using your insurance, or do not have insurance, we offer competitive cash rates.
On your first day, your therapist will fully assess your condition as well as your general lower or upper body strength and mobility. From there, your therapist will discuss her findings with you and create an optimal plan of care. You are considered a team player and thus can provide input as to what your goals for therapy will look like.
Each session will be tailored around that day's needs. This means that you will not be blindly led through a pre-determined exercise routine by untrained staff. Your session will begin with a quick discussion of how your time between sessions went, address any questions regarding your home exercise routine and gather baseline data. From there, your physical therapy program will be adjusted based on that day's goals along with your graduation goals.
Upon graduation, you can look forward to joining the hundreds of patients your therapist has treated on the Wall of Fame. This Wall of Fame is a nod to all the brave people who pushed through their trials and tribulations to achieve full recovery. We like to say the magic really happens between sessions because you are taught the best strategies and exercises to do outside the office. It places the power of recovery in your control, not ours!
